How to Invoice Ruveon

Digital Procurement (US – SAP Business Network (Ariba))

Ruveon is transitioning to a fully digital Source-to-Pay process using the SAP Business Network (Ariba).

This enables:

  • Centralized exchange of purchase orders and invoices
  • Greater transparency on document status
  • More efficient processing for both suppliers and Ruveon

Suppliers are required to use the SAP Business Network (Ariba) where legally possible.

Payment Terms

Payments are made according to the terms defined in the purchase order.

The standard payment term is 90 days from invoice receipt.

For discrepancies, suppliers should contact their Ruveon representative.
